My doctor appointment went pretty well. I was there over 2 hours and got a tone of information that I have to do. After talking to them, I am a lot more at ease about starting the diet. I think it really helped that the lady came in with a ton of meal ideas and alternatives to common food I like. =D
I have to get blood taken tomorrow and go back in a month. Plus I have to check my ketones (which occurs when the body uses fat instead of carbs to make energy) every day and make sure I am producing them. And I also have to get blood taken more often too =(
Guess I better get started on a grocery list! Hopefully I can just try to make meal plans that suits everyone, with out me having to make a bunch of different meals.
